Application Form
Application form duly filled must be sent along with Registration fee (Non-Refundable) as applicable according to Stall size and initial booking amount by DD/Cheque payable at Ahmedabad in favour of PLEXPOINDIA.
Withdrawal
On cancellations or withdrawals, no payments will be refunded.
Entitlements
- Participation charges covers hiring of stall for all exhibition days, the fascia with Exhibitor's name and stall number, normal stand lighting and hall lighting forthe entire exhibition period.
- Power for operating machinrery, if any will be charged extra. Requisition form for power, additional facilities such as furniture etc. at extra cost, will be available from the organizers.
- The registration fee entitles the Principal Exhibitor and his Sub Exhibitor for a basic entry (totally upto 50 words) in alphabetical list of exhibitors in the Exhibition Directory and the Exhibitor and Sub Exhibitor name to be listed under upto 3 product categories. Additional words in the entry will be allowed at extra cost.
Stand Maintenance
No painting or use of nails/screws on the laminated panels will be allowed, however, drawing pins or adhesive tapes could be used.
Allocation of space
Allocation of stand numbers/location will be communicated in writing to all applicants by the organizers at an appropriate time. The basic allotment will be made on first come first served basis, neutrality, aesthetic appeal, conformity with floor layout plan and similar product where ever possible.
Request for change of stand location will generally not be entertained. However, exchange of location with mutual consent may be allowed at the discretion of the organizers.
Alteration of space allowed
In special cases, the organizers reserve the right to modify stalls dimension, and/or allot a stall of plus or minus 1. sq.m. area.
Sub Exhibitors & Subletting
Total subletting of a stand to third party is absolutely prohibited. However, principal exhibitor will be allowed to share it with one and only one Sub Exhibitor. Prior approval of the organizers to this effect is must.
Sub Exhibitors fees
The Sub Exhibitor shall pay a separate registration fee applicable as per stall size and Rs. 1000, toward putting up his name on the fascia. The Principal Exhibitor and his Sub Exhibitor are subjected to these conditions of participation and rules & regulations for exhibitors. The principal exhibitor is liable to the organizers for any fault on the part of his sub Exhibitor and/or persons employed in the performance of their obligations.
Exemption from octroi
Octroi is leviable on goods entering Ahmedabad city. The organizers will get the permission from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for bringing in exhibits/consignments for the purpose of exhibition, without payment of octroi.
Badges & Passes
Each principal exhibitor will be given exhibitor badges on Pro-rata basis according to stall size and same is applicable for sub exhibitor also, for unlimited free entry into the Exhibition Area. Additional badges/entry passes will be available on extra payment. Concessional rates, if any for advertisement in the Exhibitors Directory can also be availed of by Principal Exhibitors and their sub exhibitors.
Possession
Possession of the stall will be given to the Exhibitor two days prior to the opening of the Exhibition. In special cases of machinery for prior possession a application can be forwarded to the organizers. The Exhibitor is not allowed to encroach on aisles or open space outside his stall.
Insurance Coverage
The onus is on the Exhibitor to obtain insurance coverage against all risks arising from the to and fro transportation of exhibits and its display during the Exhibition. Acomprehensive insurance is recommended.
Rules Amendment
The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules and regulations for Exhibitors from time to time, which shall be binding to all Exhibitors.
Agreements. Permissions
All verbal agreements, permissions, individual approvals or special authorization shall be deemed to be valid only if confirmed in writing by the organizers.
Failure of Services
The organizers will use their best endeavours to ensure the supply of services from Torrent Power AEC, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and of the authorized contractors, but shall not incur any liability to an Exhibitor for any loss or damage, if such services shall wholly, or partially cease to be available.
Force Majeure
Under the Conditions of Force Majeure, which also include riot, strike, lockout, closure, the organizers reserve the right to alter the opening dates and duration or curtail, cancel or suspend in whole or part of the Exhibition. In such an event, the Exhibitor is entitled neither to rescind the contract, nor to claim any compensation or damages, In case of the cancellation of the Exhibition, the stall rental will be refunded to the Exhibitor, after deducting the proportionate cost already incurred by the organizers, and the cost of any additional services provided to the Exhibitor.
Final Decision
In case of any dispute in interpretation of conditions for participation, or between exhibitors, the final decision of the organizers shall be binding to all parties.
Sale of Exhibits
Sales is not allowed during the exhibition. However, negotiations for sale may be conducted. Removal of any exhibit during the exhibition period is prohibited.
Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only. |
